Ascent Engineers & Infrastructures India Private Limited firmly believes that the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees is the company’s most valuable asset. Safety is an integral part of every activity we undertake, and all work is carried out with the utmost care. We prevent accidents and health risks through continual improvement of our working environment, with the involvement of every employee, to create a safe, healthy, and accident-free workplace. 


With regard to health, safety, and environment, we shall:
✦ Comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory provisions relating to health, safety, and environment. 

✦ Integrate health and safety considerations into business decisions, and into the selection, placement, and training of personnel at every level. 

✦ Provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace through sound operating procedures and safe systems of work. 

✦ Build safety awareness across the organization to protect all employees from foreseeable work hazards. 

✦ Provide regular training and support to management and employees to help them fulfil their health and safety responsibilities. 

✦ Engage clients, contractors, and suppliers to improve health and safety performance, and make compliance with safety rules and procedures obligatory across the supply chain. 

✦ Conduct regular audits, inspections, and mock drills to verify compliance and strengthen emergency preparedness at all sites. 

✦ Maintain and inspect all equipment and machinery periodically, and provide appropriate PPE and safety gear to all personnel. 

✦ Adopt digital tools and data-driven monitoring to track safety performance and enable proactive risk management. 

✦ Minimize environmental impact through responsible resource use, waste management, and sustainable site practices. 


The management firmly believes that accidents are preventable, and our goal remains ZERO ACCIDENT across all our operations.
